*looking in the mirror, he wrinkles his nose. The patina of brown still covered his face in uneven sploshy patches and his eyebrow was still brown, no matter how he scrubbed it. Somehow it had avoided his hair...but only barely, he noted as he traced his finger along his hairline. 'Why the hell do all the girls I meet end up doing something strange to me?!' He grumbled to himself as he scrubbed his face with the old rag again. she was incredibly lucky she is so good looking, or he might really....well, he wasn't sure what, but she was just lucky that was all he knew. That afternoon replayed in his mind, reminding him how foolish he'd been to trust her...*
Viktor's house, his new "home" if you could call it that, until he figured out how to leave. It was one of those days that couldn't get any better. He'd spent the day out wandering, trying to get his barings in a place so familiar, yet so different. Not that it was entirely a bad thing, the people here were good to look at and you certainly couldn't complain about new meat. After a while though, walking in circles going "ah crap, the Swaggers isn't here" gets a little old, so he worked his way back to Viktor's. And, much to his very good fortune, she was there.
This girl...Kaidean...man, you couldn't get a better looking woman if you drew her. He'd wanted her the moment he laid eyes on her, but then again, he'd felt that way about a lot of people so it didn't really suprise him. And naturally, he was going to turn his best charm onto her, just like all the others. Course she'd swoon for him, they all did.
Problem was...she hadn't...yet.
It was aggrivating the hell out of him. Lucky for him though, here they were alone in the whole house together. It was as if fate had handed him the key to the bank. Swaggering over to her as she stood in the dining room, he put on his best winning smile. Kaidi was staring at one of the walls, looking very lost in thought. He studied her for just a moment, looked her up and down and letting his mind go where it pleased.
She turned her head suddenly and looked at him. "You'll do. Come stand over here." He raised a brow, looking incredibly confused but did as she said, thinking maybe just maybe it really was his lucky day. Putting her hand in the middle of his chest, she pushed him against the wall she was staring at. He couldn't help the *clink* that followed. "Close your eyes," she commaned. He tried his best to look alluring as she moved from him. He could hear her rummaging in the drawers beside him, rejecting item after item, and then give a small laugh.
He had no idea what was going on until suddenly he was very very wet and she was laughing. "what the hell?!" He wiped his eyes gingerly and opened them, blinking at the burning from the liquid running in his eyes. She stood holding a tub and grinning from ear to ear. He looked at his hands, dripping brown dye and frowned.
She told him he made a lovely work of art...
*Seriously, this girl...it was all her fault he looked like he'd been in a tailoring accident...or attacked by an angry painter...and yet. He could not get her out of his head. She drove him crazy! He stared at his reflection in the bowl of water, the one brown and one orange eyebrow thing really bothering him. He flicked it and then ran a hand through his hair, making it stand up worse than ever. He had the distinct feeling this girl was going to be harder than he thought...*
