18x18 Luna-ish plot give away

So just as the tittle implies I have an 18x18 plot just outside the walls of Luna. It is one of the first houses you will see if you head out of the north gate. "FOR SALE See Book On Floor For Full Contact Options" owned by Juna Mune. There is a book on the floor of the plot and in side it is the following information;
